Received sale email but not found under "Your Orders"

I received an email from Mintd saying that I got a sale. I also received payment through Paypal. When I go to “Your Orders”, there is nothing there. I would love to let the customer know that I have shipped the item but it looks like there is no way too (since their email is not provided) and I cannot mark the item as shipped. Please let me know what to do. |
