When it is not? I have had to remove and list 2 now. It says it is sold but it is not. ? New here help please

I have been having that problem too. It seems that the part of the listing where you type in the quantity sometimes resets, which is why the item says sold out. It also resets the shipping and the item tags, I have no idea why. I have found that the upload process takes a while and usually crashes or comes back with an error message that the title of the piece has already been used. I have learned that I can ignore that click on my shop and the piece is already listed, but that’s usually when moments later the item is sold out, so I just go to the edit button, fix the missing info, save changes and it has come back just fine, so far.

The problem seems to be where you put in the qty, then post the product and there is a problem with another field and the qty doesn’t get remembered.
