Would it be possible to have a forum for general chit chat?

I don’t mean one where sellers promote their items/stores (you know, “Hey Look at This” type of stuff—can get real spammy and are annoying), but one where we can just chat among ourselves and get to know each other?

That’s a pretty interesting idea Twisted. I wonder what other people think about it???

I think it could be a good way for the mintizens to get to know each other, network, procrastinate :-) , share ideas, etc. I’d be interested to hear what others think??

great idea – i’ve noticed a “who’s online” feature at the bottom of the forum page too so you can see who’s around? and don’t forget the flickr page for mintd at http://www.flickr.com/groups/mintd/ where there is also a (rather quiet) forum feature too

I like the idea too. It would be nice to come and chat with others who are here.
