A lot of effort goes into reclaiming beer bottles…emptying the bottles..scoring around the bottom and top…boiling water to pour into the scored bottles…preparing a big bowl of water with ice-cubes to plunge the scored bottles with the boiling water into. If all goes well, the bottom and top pop off, and you’re looking at a cylinder of delicate amber glass, which you score, tap and separate into two…preferably while sampling different exotic brews and listening to Bari by Ojos de Brujo!
