Hi everyone! I want to share with you a new site called ArtFire. It's mostly for handmade items, like etsy, but there's also sections for design, and for supplies/vintage. They have some pretty cool features that are different from etsy, and once the site gets going (it's still in beta now) I think it is going to be Fabulous!!

Best part about it? They're offering $7.00/mo verified memberships for the first 5000 people that sign up. Seven dollars a month. That's it. That's 23 cents a day. That's the same is it costs to list or relist one item per day on etsy (about). My etsy bill is usually about $30 to $40 per month. So seven is a GREAT deal! There are no listing or transaction fees. Just the one monthly. AND they have where it can come out of your paypal, too. Oh etsy why won't you let us pay our fees with paypal??

AND they have stats! Yes!

Pink Daggers Necklace

The new Pink Daggers Necklace is available on etsy. Each ring was opened and closed one at a time by me, and the crystals are genuine Swarovski. It's 15 inches long, so it will fit like a choker on most women.

In other news, the Craft Attack! craft show in Charlotte, NC is just one week away! I'll be making the 7 hour drive there from Tennessee, and I'd love it if I could meet some of you all. I've never been married, but if I were to get married you know I'd be wearing some of my jewelry down the aisle. I've recently created a line of jewelry that would be great for weddings. The items in the pictures to the right are intended to be bridal jewelry, but crystals and pearls can be exchanged for different colors of crystal for bridesmaids, or just for every day wear.

Drip Bracelet

This is the latest bracelet to be added to the Red Panda line. It's my own unique chainmaille weave, with genuine Swarovski crystals. I wove each of the rings (as I do with all my designs) one at a time by hand. I think it looks great!

Three days ago I got gas. Pulled up to the gas station, filled up (albeit for fifty dollars) with no wait, no problems.

Today I was running errands and every single gas station I saw was either out of gas completely, or they had lines of cars 10 deep at each pump. The lines ran out into the streets and were in some instances blocking traffic.

It's really scary how dependent we are on gas in America.

I'm doing as little driving as I can to conserve gas now. Hopefully by the time I need gas again the supply with be back up.

The Arenndal bracelet is made from sterling silver chain which was oxidized using natural methods (no chemicals). Then small rings were added by hand in bright colors that pop off the chain. The first color available: lime green. Also be looking for peacock blue, lemon yellow, and rose pink in the future.

Two new items added today! The rainbow fringe bracelet is stretchy; no need for a clasp. The silver necklace you see is made of solid sterling silver, each ring in it was opened and closed by hand (as are all my items). This would make a lovely Christmas gift.

Last weekend I made up a whole slew of rainbow items! I've got a lot of them that I'll be listing in my etsy shop and at my site within the next few weeks. The very first one I've got up is the Rainbow Persian Bracelet. It's half persian 3 in 1 made with lots of bright colors.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, I've also added a silver fringe necklace to my shop. You've probably seen all my bright colorful fringe necklaces. I wanted to add a stately silver color that can be worn by anybody for any occasion. I love the way it came out.
