About me:

Shagpile is home to fun, funky, one of a kind handbags created from vintage, retro and interesting reclaimed fabrics, buttons and beads sourced locally and overseas.

After 4 years of travelling the world, sending home fabrics from all over, i arrived back to find my collection was taking over my house and sprawling down the streets of Sydney. I decided it was time to do something with it and share all the beautiful fabrics, beads and buttons that i had found. I decided to create handbags as every girl needs a handbag, right? And so Shagpile was born.
