Medium gauge aluminum is affixed to a hand cut wooden base and the lightning strikes are etched to glow from the background.

The resting bar is a piece of poplar that is routed to have smooth edges, sanded, painted then coated with sealant. There is a slotted groove that has been chiseled out so that all you need to do is slide your mini artwork into slot.
