This crazy scissors-wielding chick creates in an urban, reconstructed style, sometimes with vintage fabrics — my current favorite being virgin polyester doubleknit. Taught by seamstresses, I have been sewing since age six. I designed my own clothes all through school, thru the world of ( GASP ) the mod 60’s, the psychedelic 70’s, the ska-punk 80’s.
After a detour into family kids’ clothes, I find myself re-energized by a new generation of women who appreciate and crave unique expression in fashion. 50% Trashionista, 100% Fashionista…
