Welcome to my shop at Mintd! My Yakut name is Sardana, I am from Yakutia which is situated in the north-east of Siberia, the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is roughly the size of India. I have been to Salzburg, Austria for 16 years now. Beading, weaving and embroidering have been known crafts in Yakutia for hundreds of years. The designs carry spiritual significance and tell stories and legends of arctic nomadic folks, their lifes and family trees, Nature and its beauty. Please, let me take you on a journey to the heart and soul of Yakutia and its Nature and hope you will enjoy it.
